The Maxim Style, Dual Arm Casement Window Operators used on a number of old PGT casement and awning windows. The dual arm casement operator as shown - PLEASE NOTE:  This item has been discontinued and it has been replaced with a newer version model 50-10-Encore Unit. We may have a very limited quantity of some colors - if we are out of stock, we will substitute and ship the new units with handle and Cover.  

 

  • Zinc Die-Cast case and handle.

  • Operates sashes 24" to 40" wide and 84" high, weighing up to 180 pounds.

  • Maxim Dual Arm provides 7" of washability when used with the standard BB-PF.97 hinge.
