This Item or Parts Listing is for the SILL MOUNT PART # IE-BPE-RR12 - Casement Window Operator Encore Dyad Operators | Low Profile Design -  When it comes to getting the right parts it's not always as simple as A-B-C .. Is it a Right Hand Version or Left Handing .. Encore Dyad or Low Profile Design - with some styles having distinct features sill mounting and low profile versions. You'll need to measure the clearances to determine which you have - the distance between the bottom edge of the mounting plate and the top edge of the arm at the tip. For Instance a standard is 39/64" and the low profile is 15/32" - Please See The pictures and outlines for reference. All are special order parts with 3-4 Week Lead Time and Non Returanable.
