Special Order Jamb Liner Parts / SETS - REF-Gordillo

Special Order Parts / Jamb Liner Pairs, REF# Gordillo - Noonan Door and Sash Inc.

Marco: Please review and read all carefully and do not place order is all is not correct per your specifications. Buyer is aware that he want items to be as close as possible to / or similar to what is shown – since he is fabricating all new tilt sashes and is responsible for all fitment and specifications. All normal hardware is to be included such as the new sash tilt pins for the balance assemblies, all mounting bracket hardware, foam backer etc. 

ORDER CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: FIVE (5) TOTAL PAIRS of Jamb Liners, as per the “lengths” as shown in customer provided drawings, and as follows:

1. Three (3) Pairs – WHITE – 70 ¼” at long side and 69 3/8” Short Side (as per drawing below)
2. TWO  (2) Pairs – White – 58 ¼” Long Side and 57 3/8” Short Side (as per bottom drawing below.)

GENERAL OUTLINES AND SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Double Hung / Tilt Sashes. Customer is making his own sashes so we are providing parts as per his instruction and details provided.
2. He wants as close as possible to the existing as shown in photos. Shown Balances are Stamped as shown - K32RL / BSI and s 32. (Or Equals )  
3.  The balance “end” is shown below and as / WHITE 
4. Longer Jamb Liner / Balance Pairs for sashes weighing 20 Lbs. each
5. Shorter Jamb Liner Pairs for sashes weighing 18 Lbs. each.
