This Single Arm Style Casement Window Replacement Operator, Model IREP-OTFERSS is in the Stainless Steel Coastal Option. Used for many years on older EntryGard, Encore and Maxim units - This replacement upgrade model includes the Cover and the Handle In standard selected colors - BEIGE, BRONZE, GOLD, WHITE, CHESTNUT BRONZE, COPPERTONE or CLAY - Important Notice: The Old Style Maxim / Encore Single Arm Operator was discontinued in 2019. It has been replaced with this model as shown - sill mounted newer version of the old style. Be advised that once current stock is depleted we will automatically fill orders with this newer version style. This unit is designed for use with casement windows which are 20" to 32" wide and up to 72" high, with up to a 73 pound sash weight. Fits all profiles currently using the old EntryGard or old Encore single arm operators - SEE DETAILS AND PICTURES BELOW.
