This Item or Parts Listing is for the SILL MOUNT PART # IE-BE-E-R12 - Casement Window Operators Encore Dyad Operators | Reverse Dyad Design. When it comes to getting the right parts it's not always as simple as A-B-C .. Is it a Right Hand Version or Left Handing .. with some styles it may have distinct features such as sill mounted and /or a low profile version. You'll need to measure the clearances to determine which you have - the distance between the bottom edge of the mounting plate and the top edge of the arm at the tip. For Instance a standard is 39/64" and the low profile is 15/32" - Please See The pictures and outlines for reference. These unit styles are special order with a 2-4 week lead time and are not returnable.
