Caradco Multi-Point Door Locking Hardware [FUHR] with multi point extensions. Multipoint Locking Hardware for old doors, Caradco, Fuhr, Wenco, Alenco, GU, FERCO with Multi-Point extensions as needed for 3-Point, 4-Point and 5-Point units.

This assembly is for taller / longer doors / units 84" to 96" tall doors and includes the extensions included.  These have been used on old Caradco, Wenco, Norco, Alenco, Craftline, Crestline, Weathershield, Lincoln, Eagle, Guardian Glass, PPG, Herculite Glass, PGT, and others. Multipoint door locking assemblies vary and have an active gearbox for specific backset and the standard unit is as shown. Note: there are several versions such as Roller, Tongue, Shoot-Bolt, Round-Bolt, Hook, or a combination of shoot-bolt with the other types.
